🪷 REGULAMIN SKLEPU INTERNETOWEGO LUNATEA.PL

  3. Sklep Lunatea.pl prowadzi sprzedaż detaliczną produktów spożywczych — herbat, ziół, owoców suszonych oraz innych produktów naturalnych.

2. Definicje

  • Sklep – serwis internetowy dostępny pod adresem lunatea.pl.
  • Sprzedawca / Administrator – Karolina Kozanko MKmagic.
  • Klient – osoba fizyczna, prawna lub jednostka organizacyjna dokonująca zakupu w sklepie.
  • Zamówienie – oświadczenie woli Klienta zmierzające do zawarcia umowy sprzedaży.
  • Towar – produkt oferowany w sklepie.
  • Umowa sprzedaży – umowa zawierana na odległość pomiędzy Klientem a Sprzedawcą.

3. Zasady składania zamówień

  1. Zamówienia można składać poprzez stronę internetową sklepu.
  2. Klient nie musi zakładać konta użytkownika – zakupy odbywają się jako gość.
  3. Warunkiem złożenia zamówienia jest podanie danych niezbędnych do jego realizacji i akceptacja niniejszego regulaminu.
  4. Po złożeniu zamówienia Klient otrzymuje e-mail z potwierdzeniem jego przyjęcia.

4. Ceny i płatności

  1. Wszystkie ceny na stronie są podane w złotych polskich (PLN) i zawierają podatek VAT.
  2. Dostępna forma płatności: Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.).
  3. Płatność za zamówienie powinna zostać dokonana niezwłocznie po jego złożeniu.
  4. Sprzedawca wystawia paragony fiskalne.

5. Dostawa

  1. Dostawa realizowana jest na terenie Polski za pośrednictwem firmy InPost Sp. z o.o.
  2. Koszty dostawy są prezentowane w koszyku w momencie składania zamówienia i zależą od wybranej formy wysyłki.
  3. Klient może odebrać zamówienie osobiście w Lunatea Szczecinek ul. W. Bartoszewskiego 22,24 po wcześniejszym ustaleniu terminu.
  4. Czas realizacji zamówienia wynosi 1–2 dni robocze od momentu zaksięgowania płatności w zależności od zamówienia.

6. Prawo odstąpienia od umowy

  1. Klient będący konsumentem ma prawo odstąpić od umowy w terminie 14 dni od dnia otrzymania towaru, bez podania przyczyny.
  2. Prawo odstąpienia nie przysługuje w przypadku:
    • otwarcia lub rozpakowania produktu spożywczego, który nie może być ponownie wprowadzony do sprzedaży ze względów higienicznych,
    • produktów dostarczanych w zapieczętowanym opakowaniu, jeśli opakowanie zostało otwarte po dostarczeniu.
  3. Aby skorzystać z prawa odstąpienia, Klient powinien poinformować Sprzedawcę drogą mailową na adres: kontakt@lunatea.pl.
  4. Zwrot płatności nastąpi niezwłocznie po otrzymaniu zwróconego towaru w stanie nienaruszonym.

7. Reklamacje

  1. Sprzedawca jest zobowiązany dostarczyć Klientowi produkt wolny od wad.
  2. W przypadku stwierdzenia wady, Klient ma prawo złożyć reklamację.
  3. Reklamację należy zgłosić mailowo: kontakt@lunatea.pl, opisując problem i dołączając zdjęcie produktu.
  4. Sprzedawca rozpatrzy reklamację w terminie 14 dni od jej otrzymania.
    Reklamowany produkt -> oryginalne opakowanie, zamknięte.

8. Dane osobowe

  1. Dane osobowe Klienta są przetwarzane zgodnie z Polityką Prywatności dostępną na stronie sklepu.
  2. Administratorem danych jest Karolina Kozanko MKmagic.
  3. Dane są przetwarzane wyłącznie w celu realizacji zamówienia, płatności i wysyłki.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, delivery, payments, as well as the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller.

The Lunatea.pl store conducts retail sales of food products, including teas, herbs, dried fruits, and other natural products.

2. Definitions

Store – the online service available at lunatea.pl.
Seller / Administrator – Karolina Kozanko MKmagic.
Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase in the Store.
Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent to conclude a sales contract.
Product – a product offered in the Store.
Sales Contract – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

3. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed via the Store’s website.
The Customer is not required to create a user account – purchases can be made as a guest.
Placing an order requires providing the data necessary for its fulfillment and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming acceptance of the order.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
Available payment method: Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.).
Payment for the order should be made immediately after placing it.
The Seller issues fiscal receipts.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out within Poland via InPost Sp. z o.o.
Delivery costs are displayed in the cart at checkout and depend on the selected delivery method.
The Customer may collect the order in person at Lunatea Szczecinek, ul. W. Bartoszewskiego 22/24, after prior arrangement.
Order processing time is 1–2 business days from the moment the payment is credited, depending on the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal

A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:

  • opening or unsealing a food product that cannot be returned for sale for hygienic reasons,
  • products delivered in sealed packaging if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Seller by email at: kontakt@lunatea.pl.
The refund will be made promptly after the returned product is received in an undamaged condition.

7. Complaints

The Seller is obliged to deliver products free from defects.
If a defect is found, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint.
Complaints should be submitted by email to: kontakt@lunatea.pl, describing the issue and attaching a photo of the product.
The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
The complained product must be returned in its original, sealed packaging.

8. Personal Data

The Customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.
The data controller is Karolina Kozanko MKmagic.
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment, payment processing, and delivery.

10. Final Provisions
