Zamówienia realizujemy na terenie Polski za pośrednictwem firmy InPost (paczkomaty oraz kurier).
Czas realizacji wynosi 1–2 dni robocze od momentu zaksięgowania płatności.
W przypadku większych zamówień powyżej 0,5 kg czas może się wydłużyć
Dla zamówień indywidualnych czas wysłki uzgadniany indywiduzalnie

Koszt dostawy zależy od wybranej metody wysyłki i jest widoczny w koszyku podczas składania zamówienia.

Możliwy jest również odbiór osobisty w sklepie Lunatea ul.W. Bartoszewskiego 22,24 78-400 Szczecinek po wcześniejszym ustaleniu terminu (kontakt: kontakt@lunatea.pl).

💳 Płatność

Płatności realizowane są za pośrednictwem systemu Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.).
Sklep nie obsługuje płatności za pobraniem.
Po złożeniu zamówienia klient otrzymuje potwierdzenie na adres e-mail.
W razie potrzeby do zamówienia wystawiana jest faktura elektroniczna.

🚚 SHIPPING & PAYMENT

🇵🇱 Shipping (Poland)

Orders are shipped within Poland via InPost (parcel lockers and courier service).
The standard processing time is 1–2 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
For larger orders over 0.5 kg, the processing time may be extended.
For custom/individual orders, the shipping time is agreed upon individually.

Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and are displayed in the cart during checkout.

Personal pickup is also available at the Lunatea store:

Pickup requires prior appointment (contact: kontakt@lunatea.pl).

💳 Payment

Payments are processed via Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.).
Cash on delivery is not available.
After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
If needed, an electronic invoice is issued for the order.
